Amos O. Ajani, Sr., CISA, CISM, BS 7799/ISO 17799 Lead Auditor
– Founder/President & Chairman -
Amos Ajani is an entrepreneur; an experienced professional auditor/consultant with in depth knowledge of Auditing, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, and Information Security. His background and experience are totally unique, and includes being one of the top auditors with high energy, strong work ethic, and high moral/ethical character.
During his engagements/employment with Kelly Services, Bank One/JP Morgan Chase Bank, Ernst & Young LLP, and Greif Inc., he had improved the efficiency of both their and their Clients’ business internal/information processing controls. His professional arsenal includes extensive experience in implementation and audit of different compliance/standards including BS 7799/ISO 17799, HIPAA, GLBA, CISP, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Act of 2002 (SOX is a commercial equivalent of OMB Circulars A-130 and A-123).
As a Commissioned Officer (Signal Officer) in the United States Army, he has performed, directed and managed multiple projects of millions in dollars, both audits and implementation (TCF/DSST/DOIM type of Operate & Maintain missions), services in Logistics, Acquisition, Financial management, Program management, Software management, Application design and integration, Configuration management, Cyber security, Database/COTS integration, End-to-end IT services and operations, Enterprise-wide systems integration, Help desk, data centers, web development and LAN/WAN support, Identification credentialing, Information assurance, Systems architecture, Platform design and architecture analysis, Reliability and maintainability, Test and evaluation.
Prior to his commission, he was a Legal NCO, (MOS; 71-D /27-D) in the JAG Corp. He remains in the U. S. Army Reserve (25A, Signal Officer), and a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), Information Systems Security Association (ISSA), Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Association (AFCEA), The National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), Reserve Officer Association (ROA), and ToastMasters Club.
His formal education/certification includes Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified BS 7799/ISO 17799 Auditor, Master of Science in Computer Information Systems [Software & Security Engineering Management focus] from University of Detroit-Mercy, Detroit, Michigan, and Bachelor of Art Degree in Accounting from Michigan State University, East Lansing, Michigan. Amos is a Lifetime member of the MSU Alumni Association!
Amos is an Iraqi War Veteran (OEF/OIF Veteran), and still going strong & Army Strong!

Susan Spitz-Morrison
– Board Member -
Ms. Spitz-Morrison has more than 25 years of experience in a wide variety of industries and functions and has proven to be a leader in sales, marketing, training, consulting, media production, account management, and intercultural relations. She has made significant management contributions with her “out of the box thinking” in advertising, business development, and new product planning, sales and marketing and has improved the efficiency and profitability of operations for her clients.
Her professional arsenal includes extensive experience in small business development, career counseling and business coaching for professional organization and non-profits. Her focus is on small businesses, with areas of specialization in family businesses, Christian-owned businesses and multi-cultural team synergy.
Ms. Spitz-Morrison is a certified business coach and has a Bachelor degree in Business and French from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a Master degree in Intercultural Training & Consulting from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Susan loves to garden and has an avid interest in local, sustainable, urban farming. She also loves adventure travel such as climbing, biking and kayaking. One of her unique skills is building cultural bridges between people from different nationalities and people with broadly differing values.
Ms. Spitz-Morrison has been a volunteer with International Student Ministry (ISM), St. Louis, MO for over a decade and recently prompted to Board President.

Michael J. Hayduk
– Board Member -
Michael Hayduk has over twenty years of experience in Information Assurance (IA), Information Technology (IT), Logistics, and Operations Management across the US Department of Defense (DOD) services and agencies. Mr. Hayduk has been published in Military Information Technology magazine, Ordnance magazine, and Army Trainer magazine.
Retired from his civilian job at the Defense Information System Agency (DISA), but, he continued to advise countless IT companies, providing IA certification and accreditation support, business process re-engineering, business capture strategy and proposal development, and technical and management services.
Started his military career with the United States Marine Corp in 1968. As an enlisted Marine he was deployed to Viet Nam, Japan and Okinawa where he supported air radar operations and logistics support. He has served in numerous challenging assignments in his career with the Air National Guard, Army National Guard, and Army Reserve where he is currently a Senior Signal Technician and Command Chief Warrant Officer. He supervised a Land Combat Missile Systems Maintenance Section and an Organizational Maintenance Section with the 29th Infantry Division. He also supervised the Computer Emergency Response Team with the 28th Infantry Division. He deployed as a Department of the Army civilian during Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm, establishing a computer operations center in support of logistical operations. While deployed in Afghanistan, he successfully led the installation and initial operation of strategic communications capability. He is slated for retirement in October of 2012.
He has a Bachelor of Science in Special Education, California University of Pennsylvania; a Master of Science in Systems Management, Florida Institute of Technology; a Master of General Administration with a focus in Management Information Systems, University of Maryland; and Chief Information Officer (CIO) Certification with a focus in IA from National Defense University, Fort McNair, Washington, DC . In his military status Hayduk has successfully completed numerous technical and leadership schools to include the Army Management Staff College and the Logistics Executive Development Course.
Mr. Hayduk awards include Superior Service and Special Act Awards, Commander’s Award for Civilian Service, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Army Meritorious Service Medal, the Army Achievement Medal and the Army Commendation Medal
Mr. Hayduk is an active member of the US Army Acquisitions Corps, Armed Forces Communications-Electronics Association, Association of the United States Army, US Army Warrant Officer Association, and the Marine Corps League. Since 2008 he serves as the President of the Chambersburg Road Runners Club of America and volunteers with the Boys and Girls Club of America as a running coach!

Stella S. Carroll
– Board Member -
Stella S. Carroll is a business professional; an experienced professional project manager/electrical engineer with in depth knowledge of Project Management, Construction Management, Risk Management, and Regulated Utility Business Modeling. Her background and experience are industry drivers which embrace the way of life.
During her employment with Consumers Energy, she has designed, supervised and managed large scale utility infrastructure projects impacting the capacity and reliability for millions of natural gas and electric customers throughout Michigan. Her intensive utility industry experience spans Electric Distribution LVD/HVD, Gas Distribution, and Gas Transmission & Storage infrastructures. She project and construction management experience is full spectrum networking with the Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC).
Professional experience includes compliance/standards with the Michigan Gas Safety Standard, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR Part 191 and 192), Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration (MIOHSA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), American Petroleum Institute (API), American National Standards Institute (ANSI), American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), Pipeline Integrity, Emergency Storm Response, and National Electric Code (NEC).
As a Commissioned Engineer Officer in the United States Army, she has performed, directed, managed and lead multiple million dollar facility and engineering construction projects supporting civil works, utility, infrastructure projects across many engineering disciplines throughout the United States and aboard. Engineering experience includes strategic planning, design, contracting, budgeting, execution, startup/testing, commissioning, record conciliation up through brigade level.
Her formal education includes Associates in Science from Lake Michigan College, Benton Harbor, Michigan and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University from Houghton, Michigan. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Prior to her commission, she was a Supply Logistics NCO, (MOS 76V) in the Quartermaster Corp. She is still active in the U. S. Army Reserve (12D, Engineer Officer).
Stella is married, has five children and resides in Parma, Michigan. She is an Iraqi and Afghanistan War Veteran, and still going Army Strong!
