She has made significant management contributions with her “out of the box thinking” in advertising, business development, and new product planning, sales and marketing and has improved the efficiency and profitability of operations for her clients.

Her professional arsenal includes extensive experience in small business development, career counseling and business coaching for professional organization and non-profits. Her focus is on small businesses, with areas of specialization in family businesses, Christian-owned businesses and multi-cultural team synergy.

Susan loves to garden and has an avid interest in local, sustainable, urban farming. She also loves adventure travel such as climbing, biking and kayaking. One of her unique skills is building cultural bridges between people from different nationalities and people with broadly differing values.
